Any dispatch or delivery timeframes shown at checkout or on a product page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We deliver using carriers such as Australia Post and Toll. Some deliveries require a signature, while others may be left in a safe place or held at your nearest post office for collection, subject to your preferences and the carrier’s policies.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For Mail Order Tuning (Exchange, Send-In and Loaner) services, you are responsible for returning the relevant ECU to us within 14 days, at your own cost and risk.
