We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, you may have rights to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in our terms excludes those rights.
Change-of-mind returns are not available once we have commenced programming or modification work on your ECU. For outright purchases of pre-programmed ECUs where you change your mind before installation, we may refund you for the goods if the ECU has not already been sent, less any delivery or return postage and a 30% administrative fee covering the labour to prepare and program the ECU for your vehicle.
Core Deposits for Exchange and Loaner services are refunded to your original payment method once we receive your original ECU in working condition (Exchange) or our loaner ECU back (Loaner).
