We can dyno tune vehicles with any tyre size. Tyre diameter, width, or profile does not limit our ability to tune your vehicle on the dyno. Whether you're running factory tyres or large off-road setups, the dyno and tuning process can be accurately calibrated to suit your vehicle.
The only physical limitation is the vehicle's overall track width, with our dyno accommodating up to 2180mm. As long as your vehicle falls within this measurement, tyre size itself is not a restriction.
It's worth noting that larger diameter tyres and aggressive tread patterns can introduce additional rotational mass and drag. This may result in lower recorded power and torque figures on the dyno, purely due to the increased load. However, this does not affect the quality of the tune or the real-world performance gains achieved. The tune is still optimised correctly, and the vehicle will benefit from the same improvements in drivability, power delivery, and torque regardless of tyre choice.
